The center will be open from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.

 

**Completion of this form does NOT guarantee placement in our program.  You will receive a confirmation letter and/or email upon registration to confirm enrollment. If the camp is full, you will be placed on a wait list and will be contacted should a space become available. 

 

I agree to pay my camp fees on the Friday prior to child care and understand that a $5 late fee will be added weekly for fees paid later than Monday.  I understand that I can pay additional weeks of tuition in advance without penalty.  I understand that there is NO reduction of tuition due to illness; however, I will receive one week of vacation time (taken as one complete and continuous week) for my child during which I will NOT have to pay tuition.  Additionally, I understand that field trips with minimal fees will be offered throughout the summer.  I agree that a two-week written notice of withdrawal be made in advance, otherwise, I am liable for a two-week tuition payment.  I understand that my child must be at least three years old and potty trained to enroll.  Students age 3 years old through completion of 5th grade are eligible for enrollment.  I understand that the school reserves the right, in extreme circumstances, to terminate the enrollment of any child if, in the opinion of the teacher, director, and preschool board, continued attendance would not be in the best interest of either the child or the school.  Parents leaving without written notice and without fulfilling the 10-week contract will not be eligible for re-enrollment next summer.
